The Return Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
www.clubrusa.com has a "conditional return and refund
policy" which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the Site
to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with
the quality of the product. Any item found faulty on delivery should be
reported to the Company within 2 days of delivery including any holidays.
This must be notified to Us via email and the Product must be
shipped back to Us. This will be communicated during request raised for return
or refund. The Return of a defective Product needs to be initiated within 12
hours from when it was delivered. This will include any holidays and weekends.
Goods must not be damaged after the delivery. The Original bill of the Product
must be returned along with the Product. We will take the returned product back
with us and grant credit for the value of the returned product, which will be
credited to your account. Such credit shall be available and may be used to pay
any subsequent invoice. If the Customer demands a refund or in any case the
Company is not able to replace the Products returned by the Customer, the
Company shall refund the full amount refund paid by the Customer and shall be
equivalent to the transaction price received by the Company in Indian Rupees.
All refunds shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any
other online banking/ electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank
India (RBI).
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened,
unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their
original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items,
gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request
within 2 days of the date you received your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your
request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve
received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with
another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your
return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method
of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount
of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a 7
days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective
item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email contactus@clubrusa.com
within 2 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to contactus@clubrusa.com,
we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and
affix to to your package.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We
will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a
return and cannot be refunded.
